Our Story
Some Obsessions Start Quietly. Mine Started Early.
Hi, I’m Sarah
I have always been a jewelry lover. My grandfather gave me an emerald ring one Christmas when I was around twelve years old. Another year, a diamond ring (my birthstone). In high school my parents gave me the prettiest tanzanite earrings I had ever seen. When I graduated, a pair of two carat diamond studs.
I know. I was spoiled.
But those gifts did something to me. They made me pay attention -- to stones, to settings, to the way a piece of jewelry can stop you cold if it is done right. I became the person who notices what jewelry someone is wearing before anything else. The kind of person who can spend an hour at a jewelry case and still not feel like she has seen enough.
